We would like to praise two of your friendle workers by the name of Fadil and Zul. They came all the way from Jurong to Pasir Ris knowing its an emergency with no extra charges. They did a very detailed work. We are also thankful that they are generous with their knowledge in sharing about other infestation that our house might be exposed too.

After waking up with suspicious bites for over a week, I started contacting some pest control companies in Singapore to ask about inspection and treatment for a possible bed bug infestation. I talked with at least half a dozen companies and was most impressed with Pentapest. Fadil, the manager, replied quickly to my evening message and was very knowledgeable and obviously experienced. He offered me a very reasonably priced treatment package which included both residual application and ULV misting, the best combination to treat beg bugs, and was able to add on additional steaming and follow-up treatments at my request. He arranged to have two of his technicians come to our condo that week to check for an infestation and also do treatment immediately if one was found.
The technicians, Herman and Zaman, were fantastic! They began with an extremely thorough inspection of our entire condo, all bedrooms, the office and the living room. From watching them it was immediately obvious that they are both very experienced and knew exactly what they were looking for and where to look. When they did find a small infestation in the couch cushion they showed it to me and then discussed what steps would be take for treatment, as well as the likely outcome, follow-up treatments and what I would have to do. Their expertise was very clear and they explained it all very well. Even though I was upset to have discovered that we did indeed have these horrible pests they put my mind at ease and left me feeling reassured and confident in their abilities to treat the problem. The treatment itself began immediately and they were meticulous and thorough in treating all rooms in the condo, even the outside storage room. Discussing the treatment with them I discovered that they use the most effective methods of treatment and also the most recent and therefore most effective chemicals to treat, which will have a residual effect even if new eggs hatch after treatment. I was very impressed with their professionalism, which continued at the follow-up treatments.
The treatment itself is under warranty, and we are still in the monitoring phase, but it has been 6 weeks since our final treatment and so far we haven't found any new live bugs, so we're very happy with the outcome so far. I would highly recommend Fadil and his team of experts for any pest issues you may have.

I'd contacted a couple of pest control companies regarding a pest issue that I wasn't familiar with at home and Fadil at Pentapest was the only one able to identify my problem as drywood termites through the description I'd provided, and also responded very quickly with a solution and a quote. I really like the service provided by Pentapest! Called a few pest controller over the weekend for some bugs issue and Pentapest responsed almost immediate and they came knocking on my door 2 hours later. They also did a follow up visit to ensure that the problems are rectified. Even on the follow up, they are still very proactive in all my queries.

We lived in a landed property for 20 years now and never had a termite issue until recently which off course destroyed some wood fixtures in the house. Given this was our first experience, we know rather little about this pest and went shopping for pest control vendors.
The decision to engage Pentapest was largely as a result of their very informative and educational website which gave us better confidence in treating this problem.
Both Sulaiman and Fadil were very professional and sensitive in handling the entire job. It became very obvious quickly that both of them are very well trained professionals in this field. They were very meticulous in their inspection and treatment, and they took steps to explain the causes and behaviour of termite attack, each documenting with photos of progress with each treatment. The eradication process took some six months with weekly visits, they were punctual and showed up each time with great politeness.

After the first pest service in November last year, we notice a marked improvement i.e. we didn't see cockroaches crawling around the kitchen anymore. Those that we see are only the dead ones.
